Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999 — free shipping across India
• Orders below ₹999 — a flat ₹99 delivery charge

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically at the faster end of that range.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also check status any time on the Track Order page.

Delays

Courier networks slow down during festivals, weather disruptions and regional strikes. If your order is running late, write to us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. If you would like a piece delivered elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
